We invite submission of scientific abstracts for presentation at the 3rd Congress of Eurasian Association of Pediatric Neurosurgeons. Abstracts should reflect original work in pediatric neurosurgery and related clinical or laboratory research.



Important Dates

Abstract Submission Opens: Feb 1, 2026
Abstract Submission Deadline: Apr 15, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: Apr 30, 2026
Presenter Registration Deadline: May 15, 2026

Eligibility

Abstracts must be submitted in English or Russian.
Work should be original and not previously published or presented in another major meeting.
The presenting author must register for the Congress by the registration deadline for inclusion in the scientific program.

Abstract Format

Your abstract should include the following components:

Title: Sentence case, maximum 250 characters.
Authors & Affiliations: Full names (first name then family name), institutions/units, city, country.
Abstract Body: Structured text following Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Keywords: 1–5 keywords (if applicable).
Funding Source: If supported by grants or funding.
References: If included, keep minimal and within text parentheses only (no numbered lists).

Word Limit: Maximum 300–500 words total (excluding title/authors/affiliations).

Content and Quality

Abstracts should clearly state purpose/hypothesis, methodology, key results, and conclusions.
Avoid tables, figures, or pictures in the abstract text unless explicitly permitted.
Ensure correct spelling, grammar, and scientific accuracy; submissions are published as submitted.

Presentation Types

During submission, authors may indicate a preferred presentation type:

Oral platform
Poster presentation
No preference

The Scientific Committee will make the final decision regarding presentation format based on scientific merit and program needs.

Evaluation & Notification

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Corresponding authors will receive acceptance notifications by TBD.
Accepted abstracts are typically published in official Congress materials and may be considered for publication in affiliated journals.
